RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

We know that sometimes things ordered online are not quite right for you, and we want you to love your new items! So if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.

You may return it for an exchange or store credit, providing that goods are returned within 30 days or a timely manner and also meet the below conditions.

To return/exchange an item, please check that: 

  • Goods are in saleable condition
  • Goods are unworn and unused with original tags attached and/or sealed packaging
  • You have retained a copy of your Tax Invoice 

Please note that the above change of mind policy does not impact your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.

Please also note: If original purchase was paid AFTERPAY or ZIP, the fees and charges incurred by our business will be passed on, in full, to the customer.

 

In-Store Returns

Return your items for free to our Surfers Paradise store. Simply ensure your goods match the above return conditions and present a copy of your Tax Invoice.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your parcel arrives safely. If tracking is not purchased, and a parcel being returned is delayed or lost, this is not the responsibility of H&S Jewellers and must be taken up directly with the chosen postal service provider.

You must pay the cost of shipping goods back to H&S Jewellers. H&S Jewellers is not liable for any loss, damage or delay arising from, or in connection with, the transport and return of the goods to H&S Jewellers.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Many of our products come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer. In addition, they come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the issue with the goods is not major, we will repair or replace the item. If we do not do so within a reasonable time, you can choose to have the goods repaired or replaced.

You are entitled to a refund or exchange where goods are wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you.

H&S Jewellers reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on returned goods, if returned goods are approved by H&S.
