There can still be delays within the postal system due to large volumes of parcels coming through the network. We recommend selecting Express delivery at the checkout for peace of mind.

    Postage is free of charge*, FAST and hassle free. H&S Jewellers deliver to every state & territory in Australia.

     

    Free standard delivery* – National delivery within 4-7 business days. Regional areas will take longer.
    *Free when you spend $100 in one transaction

    National express delivery, $15 – Order by 3pm Monday-Friday for next business day delivery in National Metropolitan areas. Regional areas will take longer.

    Free Click and Collect – Same day pick up from our Surfers Paradise store. Conditions apply. Contact us with any questions.

    In the rare event that your purchase item is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an approximate delivery time.

    Generally, we ship with Australia Post & recommend if you require your delivery within 7 days selecting the Express option. Goods are dispatched promptly but we cannot be held responsible for delays that occur within Australia Post. We have found that Express is in fact Express, but regular parcel delivery can take 4 to 6 days, even for a capital city
