Novak Djokovic has been a brand ambassador for Seiko Watches for four years now, & Seiko has reserved some pretty special models to carry his signature. The 2017 Models the SNP145 & SNP146 don't disappoint!
Seiko Australia are not releasing the SNP145 in Australia.
Seiko say this one is to fit the bill for formal evening wear.
For another first, it will be available in two versions & launched Worldwide in September 2017, so Australians can get their hands on it at the same time as the rest of the world.
Novak himself, viewed the prototypes and contributed to the design.
Utilising the Kinetic Perpetual movement, Seiko have created a beautiful & elegant timepiece. It is of Stainless Steel construction with either a Rose Gold Plate or the popular Black Hard Coating. Complete with a strap made of silicon backed leather for longevity.
As with all Kinetics, the watch is powered by the movement of the wearer. But the Perpetual comes into its own by detecting when it is not being worn and going into sleep mode to conserve power. Its big show piece is then going to the correct time and date, even allowing for leap years, provided it is picked up and worn again within Four years!
Special Edition refers to the fact the watch will be made for a limited time but is not a limited edition in that each watch will not have a unique number.
The case back will bear Novak's signature & the crown (winder) is inscribed with a "D"
