This model has a black Titanium case & comes on a Chestnut Leather strap. But included in the box is a black silicon strap, that is more comfortable for exercising. The straps feature a "quik fit" system, that means the straps can be swapped over in a matter of seconds! So you can change the look very quickly, leather strap for dress occasions or work and the silicon for exercise.
A really simple watch to use, as you download the " Garmin Connect" App to your smart phone ( Apple or Android ) and all of your exercise data will be available to view on your phone.
With the latest upgrades to the App, you can select from dozens of activities such as walking, running, hiking, swimming, cycling even skydiving! The watch will track your footsteps and produce a map via GPS, track your heartrate, measure the pace you travelled at, and track your altitude if mountain treking or skydiving!
